OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The latest assembly sessions called on adapting by vote the low of upcoming elections from part of governing coalition presided by Miomir Mugosa, representative of DPS, turn out to be brutal attack on Metropolitanate of Montenegro & Littoral and its Archpastor Most Reverend Metropolitan of Montenegro & Littoral Amfilohije.

In his brutal attack on Metropolitanate of Montenegro Miomir Mugosa shamelessly as Assembly representative of the Republic to announce untruth and non existing on account of the Orthodox Church and its Metropolitan , its mission and activities , but he goes step farder , trying to announces that the official document issued by responsible government structure regarding Holy Resurrection Church in Podgorica as a false and non existing Mugosa is proclaiming an official record from state Register book ( for land and property ) with the evidence of church property and land where church was builted to be false.

He also proclaims to be false urbanistic conditions and all resolutions and permissions for construction of Holy Resurrection church, even all those official acts were adopted by government structures . Mugosa doesn't recognise documentation of the project of Church made by eminent professionals of European standards as he doesn't recognise urbanistic agreement and documentation of the project issued by government officials.

Mugosa proclaims false the act of official institution (the fund for municipal construction properties - Podgorica) by whom Metropolitanate of Montenegro and Littoral is free of the payment for communalities of the amount 659.185 dinars (Yugoslav currency), on name of municipality of Podgorica for construction of the Church.

Those public false statements (especially in the Parliament) in every normal - legal state would be a subject of legal responsibility. It is well known that the government of Republic of Montenegro and its past and present president Mr Milo Djukanovic too thru the institution of public works of Republic of Montenegro participated in construction of Holy Resurrection Cathedral, and now accusations against Metropolitanate are equivalent to the accusations against very government, all the representatives of the Assembly of City of Podgorica, Mr Miomir Mugosa and against very people who donated the funds for building the church.

Metropolitanate of Montenegro and Littoral is ready to present all the documentation connected with this subject and by any way rejected to Montenegrin Parliament and to all those who are or will be interested to find out on this example the truthfulness of the ancient say "that lay has short legs".

To every good intended and wise man is clear that this Cathedral of Montenegrin nation is builted once in two thousand years and as that one, the Church is not Metropolitan Amfilohije's, Mugosa's, Milo's but God's and all nation's.
