DECISION FROM 1994 FOR FREEING OF COMMUNAL TAXES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HOLY RESURRECTION CATHEDRAL CHURCH IN PODGORICA

According to article of Constitution of state fond for land to be used for construction purposes , business and highways, the executive board of the Fond deciding the request of Metropolitanate of Montenegro & Littoral for freeing of communal taxes for construction of Holy Resurrection Cathedral church in Podgorica on meeting held on December 26th 1994. Made the following

DECISION

Metropolitatanate of Montenegro & Littoral is free from paying the tax for land for construction of Holy Resurrection Cathedral in Podgorica for the amount of 659.185 dinars.

With that amount is contribution Municipality of city of Podgorica for construction work of the church.

This decision is active from now one .
